A beautiful tea from Nepal, near Darjeeling. It’s light, almost flowery. Hardly a black tea at all. Very nice.
A beautiful first picking from Jun Chiyabari tea gardens in Nepal, near Darjeeling. It grows at 1800m on the slopes of Himalaya. The first pickings are much sought after because of their delicacy and many tips. It’s light and has citrus, mango and chrysanthemum notes and a long and pure finale. Hardly a black tea at all. Very nice.
40% oxidized. Origin India. Infuse 4-5 minutes in a classic teapot.
Sold in a zipped pouch. Put in the fridge to keep the savours.
